Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings defined below:

To register and maintain an Account on pop303, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your membership:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. pop303 strictly enforces the 21+ age restriction and may request documentary evidence of age (KTP, passport, or equivalent government-issued ID) at any point.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited for your personal participation.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or close associate of pop303 or any affiliated company, nor a member of their immediate family.
• You must not have previously had an Account suspended, terminated, or banned by pop303 for a violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to your place of residence.

To access the full range of betting and gaming services offered by pop303, you are required to complete the registration process and create an Account. The following conditions apply to account registration:

• Each individual may register and maintain only one Account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same person — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian residential address, and a valid email address.
• You must not register using a false identity, impersonate another person, or use any automated registration tool or bot.
• pop303 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason.
• Upon successful registration, you will receive a confirmation email. Your Account is not fully active until email verification is completed.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring that all account details remain accurate and up to date. Changes to your registered details must be submitted to the pop303 support team for verification before they take effect.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. The following obligations apply:

• You must not share your login credentials with any third party, including family members, friends, or any agent acting on your behalf.
• You must log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• You must notify pop303 customer support immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization.
• pop303 will never contact you by unsolicited means to request your password or 2FA code. Any such communication should be treated as fraudulent and reported to us immediately.
• pop303 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorized Account access where the player has failed to observe reasonable security practices.

pop303 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. This adds a second layer of protection and significantly reduces the risk of unauthorized access, even in the event that your password is compromised.

pop303 accepts deposits denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The following conditions govern all deposit transactions:

Players may request a withdrawal of available funds (excluding unsettled Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) at any time subject to the conditions below:

pop303 offers a range of promotional offers, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback promotions, free-play credits, and seasonal campaigns tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Imlek, and Nyepi. The following terms apply to all bonuses and promotions:

• Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, including eligibility, minimum deposit, wagering requirement, game contribution percentages, maximum bet restrictions while bonus funds are active, and expiry date. These specific terms take precedence over this general clause where they differ.
• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money balances and are subject to the stated Wagering Requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable funds.
• Unless expressly stated otherwise in the promotion terms, wagering requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited. Bonus funds not wagered within this window are automatically forfeited.
• pop303 monitors wagering patterns for signs of bonus abuse, including low-risk wagering strategies designed to guarantee turnover without genuine game play. pop303 reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings in cases where abuse is determined.
• A player may hold only one active welcome bonus. Subsequent deposit bonuses may be claimed subject to the individual promotion's eligibility conditions.
• pop303 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.

All bets placed on the pop303 platform are subject to the following general rules, in addition to the sport-specific or game-specific rules published within the relevant section of the platform:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. pop303 is not responsible for technical delays that may result in a bet being placed at stale odds, and reserves the right to void bets placed during a known data-feed error.
• Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all selections to win for the accumulated odds to be paid. Any voided selection within a mix parlay will reduce the odds to reflect the remaining valid selections.
• For togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws, winning number results are determined by the official draw of the respective market (Singapore Pools, Hongkong Pools, Sydney Pools, or Macau market) and are considered final once certified by the relevant draw authority.
• For sabung ayam (traditional rooster fighting) markets, outcomes on the Meron (red side) / Wala (blue side) / Draw / Cancelled markets are determined by the official match outcome broadcast. Cancelled matches result in the return of all stakes on that event.
• pop303 reserves the right to limit bet sizes, refuse individual bets, or close markets without prior notice. Such decisions are at pop303's sole discretion and are not subject to appeal.
• Any bet placed in error (e.g., on an obviously incorrect price resulting from a data-feed error) may be voided by pop303. Players will be notified and their stake returned.

pop303 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control of their gambling activity. The following provisions apply:

• Players may set voluntary deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and wagering limits via their Account dashboard. These limits take effect immediately when set and may be lowered at any time. Requests to raise an existing limit are subject to a mandatory 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Players may request a temporary time-out (cooling-off period) of 24 hours, 7 days, 14 days, or 30 days by contacting customer support. During a time-out, the Account is suspended and no access to betting or gaming features is permitted.
• Players who feel they may have a gambling problem may request permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for a minimum period of six months and may be extended indefinitely at the player's request. pop303 will not market to self-excluded players.
• pop303 enforces a strict 21+ age policy. If we have reason to believe a player is under 21 years of age, we will suspend the Account immediately, conduct an age verification review, and return any real-money deposits if the account holder is confirmed to be underage.

The following actions constitute prohibited conduct on the pop303 platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, termination, forfeiture of funds, and legal action where warranted:

• Registering more than one Account or providing false identity information during registration or KYC.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the platform without human input.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or data-feed malfunctions to place bets at incorrect odds or with an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or matched betting strategies that exploit bonus terms in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or pop303 staff members to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal source.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy server, or any anonymizing tool for the purpose of circumventing regional restrictions or concealing your true identity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pop303 staff members or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the Platform's software, security mechanisms, or infrastructure.

pop303 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following a formal request.
• Suspicion of fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity on or connected to the Account.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requiring Account suspension or asset freeze.
• Extended Account inactivity (no login or transaction for a continuous period of 12 months), following which pop303 will attempt to contact you at your registered email address before applying a dormancy policy.

Where an Account is terminated for cause (i.e., a breach of these Terms & Conditions), pop303 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a violation, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part. If no violation is confirmed, the balance will be returned to the player via the most recently used verified payment method.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding unsettled Bonus Funds) will be withdrawn to the player's verified payment method within five business days.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pop303's liability to any player in connection with the use of the Platform is subject to the following limitations:

• pop303 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from temporary unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled maintenance, unexpected downtime, or third-party service interruptions.
• pop303 is not liable for financial losses resulting from a player's failure to observe these Terms & Conditions, including wagering on markets with incorrect information provided by the player.
• pop303 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or reputational harm arising from the use or inability to use the Platform.
• In any event, pop303's aggregate liability to any individual player shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• pop303 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate for use in any specific jurisdiction. Players access the Platform at their own risk and are responsible for ensuring that their use complies with local laws.

All content on the pop303 Platform — including but not limited to the pop303 brand name and logo, website design, user interface layout, graphics, text, software, odds data, game assets, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of pop303 or its licensed third-party content providers.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational betting and gaming purposes.
• You may not reproduce, redistribute, publish, transmit, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of pop303.
• Unauthorized use of pop303 intellectual property may constitute trademark infringement, copyright infringement, or unfair competition under applicable law and may expose you to civil and criminal liability.

pop303 collects, processes, and stores personal data in connection with your Account registration, KYC verification, transaction processing, customer support interactions, and platform analytics. The collection and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement.

• By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
• pop303 implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption, to protect your data in transit and at rest.
• pop303 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, fraud prevention services, and identity verification providers as required by law or operational necessity.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to pop303's legal retention obligations. Requests should be submitted to our support team at the contact details provided in Clause 16.

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pop303 holds its international operating license.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge and accept that online betting and gaming may be subject to legal restrictions in your country or region of residence. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your access to and use of pop303 is lawful in your jurisdiction. pop303 makes no representation that its services are legally available in all locations.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure (see Clause 16) may be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the arbitration body specified by pop303's licensing authority. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.
